The type of people we are looking for should be comfortable working in the following environment:
- Very detail-oriented and computer savvy.
- History of accomplishing tasks efficiently and correctly.
- Experience in the motorcycle industry, or an auto dealership environment, is preferred.
- Ability to function with a minimum amount of direction and management.
- Want to work in a fun and open environment, where your performance directly impacts the company as a whole.
- When your regularly assigned duties are complete, you are pro-active in seeking new tasks, rather than waiting for work to come to you.
- Familiar with, and capable of dealing with time-sensitive work on a regular basis.
- You are not afraid to make suggestions to improve things.
Preference is given to candidates with a sales/marketing background and a positive team-player attitude. Full-time and part-time positions available. Starting pay is dependent upon experience.
